Privacy policy for the use of Facebook plugins

The "Like" button on Facebook is used to share content with other users of the network. Facebook is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland. When you access content that contains such a plug-in, your browser usually connects directly to Facebook's servers. This gives Facebook the information that your computer has accessed the appropriate page on our website. This also gives Facebook the IP address of your computer and information about your browser. Facebook receives this information even if you do not have a Facebook profile and therefore have not agreed to Facebook's terms of use. If you have a Facebook profile and are logged in at the time you visit our site, Facebook can immediately associate your visit with your Facebook profile. If you click on the "Like" button, this is also transmitted to the Facebook server and stored there, e.g. to enable publication on your Facebook profile. Crossrail Benelux NV only allows the aforementioned data transfer to Facebook if you consciously activate the "Like" button with a mouse click. This so-called two-click solution gives you control over whether any data is transferred to Facebook at all. You can find more information about how it works at http://panzi.github.io/SocialSharePrivacy/index.de.html . If data is transferred to Facebook, you will receive information about the purpose and scope of the processing of the data as well as about rights and setting options at www.facebook.com/policy.php. Please note that Crossrail Benelux NV cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided there.

Data privacy for the use of Google +1

Use the Google +1 button to publish information worldwide. The Google +1 button gives you and other users personalized content from Google and its partners. Google stores both information that you gave +1 for an item and information about the page you viewed when you clicked +1. Your +1 may appear as a clue along with your profile name and photo in Google services, such as search results or your Google profile, or elsewhere on websites and ads on the Internet. Google records information about your +1 activity to improve Google services for you and others. To use the Google +1 button, you need a globally visible, public Google profile that includes at least the name you choose for the profile. This name will be used in all Google services. In some cases, this name may also replace another name you used when sharing content through your Google Account. The identity of your Google profile may be displayed to users who know your email address or have other identifying information about you. In addition to the uses described above, the information you provide will be used in accordance with applicable Google privacy policies. Google may publish or share aggregated statistics about users' +1 activity with our users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers or affiliates.
